Return/Exchange policy

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days to return the product.

But you need to inform us within 3 days from when you received the product.

  • We consider a return or an exchange only in case of a damaged or defective product, which is a rare occurrence because we do quality audit checks before a product is shipped. 
  • Within 3 days of receiving the product from delivery date
  • Share images/ videos of the product in full view with the defect clearly visible.
  • Share image of the UID label (Barcode Sticker) attached to the product.
  • Share images of the packaging with the shipping label visible
  • Share a video of opening the parcel as well to show the received product showing the shipping label and package as damaged . We will review and revert to you with the next steps.
  • Another reason for a return could be another rare occurrence of sending you the wrong size, within 3 days of receiving the produt. For example, if your order is for an "L" size but we sent you an "S" size then we take responsibility. Please take a video of the product while you take measurements and send it to us at ewowspree@gmail.com. We will review and revert to you with the next steps, after we accept the reason.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with the measurement video.

Please note that returns/exchange (after we confirm to you to return product over email) will need to be sent to the following address:  Building No. 6, SSM Warehouse, No. 89, Grand Northern Trunk Rd, Madhavaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600110.

But the examination of returned product photographs and video will be reviewed, first. We do not accept products sent to us without any communication exchanged between us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as mentioned in above section.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like damaged goods, which are damaged after they reach the customer or after the customer has used it cannot be accepted. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We suggest you record a video while opening the parcel and checking the product. And in case of damaged product in package, then please take a clear photograph, video and share with us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 7 days, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item after we confirm to you. This is only in case of damage products or size related products.
